6.04.150 - Annual business license fee—Five thousand dollars. Subject to the provisions of Subsections (D) and (E) of LVMC 6.02.150, businesses within the following licensing category shall pay an annual license fee of five thousand dollars: Internet retailer, which is any business that sells tangible personal property, digital goods or services primarily over the Internet, and has no walk-in retail sales or services.
