Sec. 47-610. - Regulations and forms authorized. The city engineer and building official shall jointly promulgate regulations and forms regarding compliance with the requirements of this article. Such regulations and forms shall be available: (1) At the office of the city engineer; and (2) At the office of the building official. The regulations and forms established hereunder may be amended or supplemented from time to time as is mutually agreeable to the city engineer and the building official. (Ord.
