Sec. 4-32-13. - General conditions. As a condition precedent to the distribution of any benefit under the plan to a participant or beneficiary, as the case may be, such participant or beneficiary may be required to submit a written application to receive such benefit in such form and manner as shall be prescribed by the board of administration. Any payment of benefits to a participant or beneficiary, or to their legal representative, in accordance with the provisions of the plan, shall, to the extent of the method of computation as well as the amount thereof, constitute full satisfaction of all claims hereunder against the trustee, the board of administration and the employer, who may require such participant or beneficiary or legal representative, as a condition precedent to such payment, to execute a receipt and release therefor.
