§ 4-3-3 - PERMIT REQUIRED. (A) A person may not operate or exhibit at an amusement park without a permit issued by the building official. (B) The building official shall issue a permit under this division. The building official may not issue or renew a permit until the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required by Section 4-3-6 (Liability Insurance Required).
