§ 4-3-4 - PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES. (A) A person who operates or exhibits at an amusement park shall pay to the director of the Financial and Administrative Services Department the license and inspection fees established by separate ordinance. A fee under this section is due not later than January 10th. (B) If a permit is issued for less than a full calendar year, the director of the Financial and Administrative Services Department shall prorate the fees required under Subsection (A) on a 12 month basis for each full or partial month remaining in the calendar year.
