11.04.100 - Schedules—Request to amend—Denial. (A) If a request to amend a schedule in this Title is denied pursuant to Section 11.04.090, the City Traffic Engineer must send a written notice of this fact to the requestor within fifteen days of the decision, and such notice must further state that the requestor has the right to appeal the decision of the City Traffic Engineer to the City Council by filing a written notice of appeal with the City Clerk's office within forty-five days of the date of the written notice of decision. (B) At the conclusion of an appeal hearing held pursuant to this Section, the City Council may either affirm, reverse or modify the decision of the City Traffic Engineer, or take such other action as it deems warranted.
