Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-466 Required.

§ 38-466. - Required. Permits from the association or a person designated by it to enter upon and engage in the sport of water skiing shall be required in addition to daily or annual permits to place and operate privately owned boats upon the waters of the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation. Users of any watercraft propelled by machinery, used or capable of being used to simulate water skiing without the aid of a separate towing boat, shall be required to have a skiing permit in addition to the boat permit required for the placing and operating of said watercraft upon the waters of the Atoka Reservoir-Reservation. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-467 Types.

§ 38-467. - Types. There shall be two types of water skiing permits: (1) an annual family permit; and (2) an individual daily permit. (Code 1970, § 23-119; Code 1980, § 38-467)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-468 Fee.

§ 38-468. - Fee. Prior to the issuance of a water skiing permit the person applying for the permit shall pay to the association or the person designated by it the fee established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees. (Code 1970, § 23-119; Code 1980, § 38-468)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-469 Due date and expiration.

§ 38-469. - Due date and expiration. The annual permit fee for ski towing permits shall become due and payable on May 1 of each year, and each permit shall expire on April 30 of the following year. (Code 1970, § 23-120(a); Code 1980, § 38-469)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-470 Commercial use prohibited.

§ 38-470. - Commercial use prohibited. No daily or annual water ski permits shall be issued for commercial use. (Code 1970, § 23-123; Code 1980, § 38-470)

§ 38-471. - Transfer. Annual ski towing permits are not transferable from one party to another beyond the current year of issue. (Code 1970, § 23-120; Code 1980, § 38-471)
