Sec. 645-524. - Repairing vehicles on streets prohibited. It shall be unlawful to use any street, public place or park at any time for the purpose of doing work or repairs upon vehicles, except for the change of tires when punctured and other emergency work necessary to move such vehicle with safety, whether such vehicles are properly parked or otherwise.
