§ 27.3582 Application of Requirements The requirements imposed by this Division on City Officials shall not apply to any City Official who terminated his or her City service or whose term of office expired prior to the effective date of this Division; provided, however, that a person who returns to City service on or after the effective date of this Division shall be subject to the requirements of this Division.
