1105.13 - Distribution of waterworks revenues. There shall be and hereby is established for the Division of Water, one (1) basic fund, entitled the "Water System Revenue." This fund is to be used for all normal operating costs of the Division of Water in providing water service. The distribution of water revenue, as covered by Chapter 1105 of the Columbus City Codes, 1959, shall be as follows: All expenditures from this fund shall be limited to those which are authorized by council through the normal appropriation process.
