6.74.030 - License required. No person shall: (A) Engage in the business of a secondhand dealer without first obtaining and thereafter maintaining a valid unexpired license pursuant to this Code; or (B) Advertise as a secondhand dealer unless the person holds a valid license to engage in such business.
