Generators and the authorized party, for a property generating construction or demolition material, shall contract with a permitted hauler to collect all construction or demolition material and recyclable materials generated at such property or they may self-transport as permitted by this chapter. The permitted hauler shall provide the generator or the authorized party a copy of the hauler permit, prior to collection of construction or demolition material.
