Sec. 58.102. - Annual reports. Notwithstanding anything in the Ordinance Code to the contrary, all advisory boards and commissions serving the City of Jacksonville shall prepare and serve upon the Council an annual report describing the board or commission's present goals, the year's achievements and accomplishments, and such other matters of significant public interest selected by the board or commission.
