Sec. 54-415. - Opening door of and entering and emerging from a vehicle. It shall be unlawful for any person to open the door of, or enter, or emerge from any vehicle in the path of an approaching vehicle which is so close thereto as to constitute a hazard. (Code 1950, § 517.10)
