Sec. 2-255.40. - Powers. The Denver Community Corrections Board is authorized and shall continue to exercise all powers granted to such advisory community corrections boards by the provisions of this Code pertaining to community corrections, by article 27, title 17 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, by the Colorado Childrens Code or by other statutory authority.
