6.02.390 - Alternative to a criminal prosecution. As an alternative to a criminal prosecution for the violation of any provision of Title 6, the City may treat the violation as a civil violation and proceed in accordance with the provisions of LVMC 6.02.400 to 6.02.460, inclusive.
