§98.0421 Notice to School Districts Upon receipt of a building permit application for residential development located within an Impacted Attendance Area, the Development Services Department shall notify the affected school districts thereof. The notification shall be made at least 30 days prior to the issuance of a building permit for the proposed development. (Amended 7–25–1994 by O–18088 N.S.)
