Sec. 151.403. - Unlawful sales. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, barter or give, or to offer to sell, barter or give, to any person any service, material, device or thing sold or offered for sale at a dancing entertainment establishment that would require an adult bookstore, adult motion picture theater, or adult entertainment establishment license.
