§ 13-352. - Penalty for article violations. (a) Any person who shall violate any provision of this article, for which a separate penalty is not provided, shall, upon conviction thereof, severally and for each and every such violation be deemed guilty of a Class "a" offense. Each day of violation shall be a separate offense. (b) The Supervisor of Licenses and/or his or her designees shall have the authority to issue citations for violation of this article.
