Sec. 181-507. - Authority of fiscal officers. If the budget presented by any principal administrative official is in excess of the amount specified by the fiscal officer, as required by this division, the respective officer shall so modify the budget of that agency so that the expenditures proposed for such agency in the proposed budget ordinance shall not exceed the proposed budget.
