Sec. 112.308. - Eminent domain. The settlement of all filed actions involving the City's right to eminent domain under F.S. Ch. 73 shall be authorized as provided in Section 112.307, except that the "amount of the settlements" referred to in Section 112.307 shall mean the difference between the amount of money posted at the time of the order of taking and the amount of the gross settlement.
