339.2402. Residential builders' and maintenance and alteration contractors' board; creation; qualifications of members. Sec. 2402. A residential builders' and maintenance and alteration contractors' board is created. The board shall consist of 9 individuals, as follows: (a) Four individuals who are licensed residential builders. (b) Two individuals who are licensed maintenance and alteration contractors.
