19.443.090 - Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this ordinance or chapter which can be implemented without the invalid provision or application and to this end the provisions of this ordinance and chapter are declared to be severable.
