246-3. Adoption of State and Local Codes. 1. STATE CODE. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the city of Milwaukee adopts as part of this code s. SPS 321.40, and ch. SPS 326, Wis. Adm. Code, as amended. 2. ELECTRICAL CODE. All electrical installations shall be in compliance with ch. SPS 316, Wis. Adm. Code, as amended, and ch. 222. 3. HOUSING CODE. The provisions of ch. 275 shall apply to every manufactured home and every manufactured home community.
