in effect§44.0111 Diseased Animals — Slaughtering for Purpose of Animal Food Prohibited
It shall be unlawful for any person to kill or permit to be killed, any diseased animal for the purpose of feeding the carcass of said animal to any other animal in The City of San Diego.
