Sec. 9-709. - Objects or activities that could adversely affect the operation of aircraft. It shall be unlawful to create or maintain any electronic emission, visual effect or other object or activity in an airport hazard area that adversely affects the operation of aircraft. Upon receipt of a written notice of violation of this section from the director, the owner of the source of the electronic emission, visual effect or other object or activity shall immediately cease the emission, alter or remove the visual effect or other object or cease the activity.
