§ 22-19 INTOXILIZER TEST FEE. (a) Definitions. As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meaning indicated: INTOXILIZER TEST. The same as breathalizer test. PERSON. Any individual or employee of a municipality, town or village other than this city. (b) Amount. Any person who shall request authorized city personnel to conduct an intoxilizer test shall pay a fee of $75. (Ord. 9453, § 1, passed 8-6-1985)
