SEC. 40A-25. BENEFITS TO INCOMPETENT RETIREES OR BENEFICIARIES. If a court has appointed a personal representative of a retiree or qualified recipient entitled to benefits from the retirement fund, the board shall pay those benefits to the court-appointed representative.
