Sec. 664.703. - Participant contribution. The Director of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services or his designee shall provide a report of Parks Partnership Program participant contributions and submit to the Council annually. The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department will submit a memorandum to City Council each quarter of any program related donations that the Department receives in excess of $10,000.
