60-17. Dry Cleaning Establishment Permit (Coin-operated). 1. Each dry cleaning establishment (coin-operated) permit shall be issued for a one-year period beginning on February 1 and ending on January 31. 2. The fee for each permit shall be $250. 3. Each permit shall be renewed annually upon the payment of the required fee before February 1 of the following year. There shall be an additional fee for the filing of a late renewal application in the amount of $150. (See s. 76-20.)
