Section 22.10. - Declaration of purposes. The board created by this article and the purposes for which it is intended to serve are hereby found to be for a public purpose. The board shall be considered a governmental unit responsible for the management of an irrevocable trust as that term is used in s. 112.66(8), Florida Statutes.
