.08 Effect of Other Tax Credits. A. A property receiving a tax credit under City Code Article 28, § 10-5 is not eligible for the High-Performance Newly Constructed Dwellings Tax Credit. B. The calculation of this credit shall be made prior to the application of any tax credit awarded under the Maryland State Tax-Property Article, § 9-229. C. The calculation of this credit shall be made after (1) The application of any credit awarded to the property under Maryland Tax Property Article §§ 9-104 and 9-105; and (2) Any other real property tax credit other than the credit specified in .08(B).
