§ 12-1115. Riding on Motorcycles or Motor-Driven Cycles. (1) An operator of a motorcycle or a motor-driven cycle shall ride only upon the permanent seat and the operator shall not carry any other person on a motorcycle or motor-driven cycle unless it is equipped to carry more than one person upon a permanent seat.
