Sec. 135-882. - Administration. The five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the treasurer's petty cash fund established under section 135-881 shall be paid by a warrant drawn on the appropriate fund in favor of the treasurer without the need for an appropriation. The treasurer shall account for the fund in the same manner as other funds and shall return the entire fund to the appropriate fund whenever there is a change in the custodian or when the fund is no longer needed. (G.O. 14, 2025, § 1)
