SEC. 28-47. MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS; DETERMINATION. The traffic engineer shall determine on the basis of engineering and traffic surveys the reasonable and safe maximum speed limits for each street within the city and submit recommendations based on his investigation to the city council. (Ord. 14584)
