§ 34-180 RIGHT TO A HEARING. If a vehicle has been removed and placed in a vehicle storage facility without the consent of the vehicle owner or operator, the vehicle owner or operator may request a hearing pursuant to Tex. Occupations Code Chapter 2308, to determine whether probable cause existed for the removal and storage of the vehicle. All notices must be served on the City of Fort Worth Police Department, Care of the Fort Worth City Secretary, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. (Ord. 23222-05-2018, § 1, passed 5-15-2018)
