18.60.240 - Violation. A. It is unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter. B. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in Sections 1.08.010 through 1.08.030 of this Code. (Ord.
