in effect20.02.198 - Child care facility, Type 5.
"Type 5 child care facility" means a type of facility that provides care for more than twelve children for either less than or up to twenty-four hours per day. These types of facilities include, but are not limited to: commercial day-care centers, drop-in day-care centers, residential treatment center, therapeutic foster care facilities and treatment training residences.
