13.20.060 - Receiving and forwarding goods on sidewalks. Nothing in this chapter shall be so construed as to prevent any merchant from occupying not to exceed one-half of any sidewalk in front or rear of his place of business in receiving and forwarding goods, wares or merchandise; provided, such articles shall not occupy such sidewalk even while thus engaged for a longer period than six hours.
