SEC. 19-26. BUSINESSES OR SUBSTANCES INJURIOUS TO HEALTH. If anyone within the city shall carry on any trade, business or occupation injurious to the health of those who reside in the vicinity, or shall suffer any substance which shall have that effect to remain on his premises, in his possession or under his control, he is guilty of an offense.
