No person shall carry, transport, bring or use a glass bottle or other glass container upon or within 150 feet of either side of the top of the canal walls of the MAPS Canal, except on private property and except on a watercraft operated by a licensee in accordance with the contract with the City for operating the water taxi service on the MAPS Canal.
