6.46.150 - Register—Available for inspection. A public register kept and maintained in accordance with LVMC 6.46.140 shall be open to the public at any and all reasonable hours and the pages thereof shall, upon demand, be open for inspection or investigation by any law enforcement officer or City business license official immediately upon demand having been made by such law enforcement officer or City business license official.
