10.52.030 - Sale for more than printed price. It is unlawful for any person, partnership, association or corporation to sell tickets for admission to a place of entertainment, for a price greater than the price printed upon the face of the ticket and the price of said ticket shall correspond with and be equal to the same price displayed at the office of original distribution thereof and at the box office of or on the premises of such place of entertainment.
