6.74.140 - Fence or wall required when. Each premises or enclosure, except a completely enclosed building, used in the conduct of a Class I secondhand dealer's business, must be enclosed by a fence or wall at least eight feet high erected in such a manner as to obscure the premises from public view. Such fence or wall shall be maintained, at all times, in good condition by the licensee. (Ord. 2196 § 2 (part), 1981: prior code § 5-8-12(A))
