16.34.050 - Emergency transportable housing units. A. General. In addition to the requirements in this chapter, manufactured homes, mobile homes, multifamily manufactured homes, commercial modular structures, recreational vehicles, and park trailers used as emergency transportable housing shall comply with all applicable requirements in the Health and Safety Code, Division 13, Part 2; and Title 25, Division 1, Chapter 3, Subchapter 2.
