Sec. 285-306. - Enhanced access review committee created. (a) There is hereby created an enhanced access review committee, and the members of the review committee shall be appointed by the chairperson and approved by the board. (b) The review committee shall meet as directed by the board and shall exercise the powers and duties set forth in section 285-307. (c) A quorum of the review committee shall be a majority of the members. A decision on any matter coming before the review committee shall be made by a simple majority vote of the members present. (d) Any decision of the review committee may be reviewed and approved, modified or reversed by the board. (G.O. 136, 1998, § 1)
