§61.1901 Inconsistencies with State Law This Division is adopted pursuant to the City’s charter powers to make and enforce all ordinances and regulations in respect to municipal affairs. To the extent of any inconsistencies between the provisions of this Division and those of the 1911 Act, 1913 Act, or other state law, the provisions of this Division shall control.
