78A-10a-304. Procedure -- Staff. (1) Four commissioners are a quorum. (2) The Department of Criminal Justice created in Section 75E-2-102 shall administer and staff the commission. (3) The commissioner of the Department of Criminal Justice shall: (a) ensure that the commission follows the rules made by the Department of Criminal Justice under Section 75E-2-209; and (b) resolve any questions regarding the rules described in Subsection (3)(a). (4) A commissioner who is a licensed attorney may recuse oneself if there is a conflict of interest that makes the commissioner unable to serve. Amended by Chapter 291, 2026 General Session
