1111.99 - Penalty. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
