§ 42-85. - Transfer, assignment, loaning of certificate prohibited. No certificate of registration issued under this chapter shall be transferred or assigned. No holder of a license or registration shall loan the license or registration or shall obtain permits for any other persons or entity to do plumbing work. (Ord.
